► Minimum 10 Employees.

 

► Margin minimum € 1,5 Mio - max. € 20 Mio

 

► (Family) businesses without succession.

 

► Companies in need of Management and Capital. 
 

► Minimum of 5 years in business; not a start-up. 

 

► Profitable and positive cash-flow 

 

► Business is stable and not growing and needs new energy. 

 

► Open to any industry, as long as Investor understand the business model.

 

► Majority Shareholder (minimum 50%)
